The video is a fusion between films like The Matrix and Men In Black.
The video is set in a futuristic Johannesburg, which forms part of the African Union in the year 2020, a time when aliens are already secretly living among us.
The head of the media monopoly is an alien who continuously creates new pop stars in order to hypnotize the earth's population while his mother ship awaits orders to invade. The clandestine Extra-terrestrial Task Force hampers the media mogul's work. This Force is responsible for the elimination of these fabricated pop stars. Special agents, Sean Burke and Mark Watson have eliminated countless artificially engineered pop groups, having enjoyed their fifteen minutes of fame. These made-up pop stars consequently disappear from the scene of popular culture. The ignorant public simply assumes that these ruined pop stars are not popular anymore and that they have faded into anonymity.
Every single element of the video was originally created for this storyboard and composed entirely in the 3D animated environment. The visuals include extravagant 3D animated crowd scenes, futuristic cars featured in high-speed chase scenes, realistic 3D models of Sean Burke and Mark Watson, some unique alien life forms, and a futuristic Johannesburg skyline which even includes the proposed Gautrain high speed rail, the Hillbrow Tower and the Ponte Building.
This video is an amazing accomplishment in our time, and this will be the yardstick for all future African music videos. This unique and exceptional video is testimony to what can be achieved by an African artist like Sean Burke, who has succeeded in creating a world class music video that all Africans can be proud of.
